Goods you buy from us must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Between 30 days and six months, you're entitled to a repair or replacement first; if that fails, a refund or price reduction follows. This applies to every product category we sell, including made-to-order extension leads.

For most online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, with a further 14 days to return the goods once you've cancelled. Where this statutory right applies, it sits alongside — and can be more limited than — our own voluntary 30-day return window described in Section 08. As noted there, bespoke made-to-order items such as our extension leads are excluded from this cancellation right under Regulation 28, other than where the item is faulty.

Before you complete a purchase, we give you clear information on price (including tax), delivery costs, delivery timescales, and your cancellation rights, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. If a listing is ever inaccurate, contact us and we will correct it and put things right.

Where our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy or Terms of Service go further than the legal minimum — such as our 30-day voluntary window or 10-business-day refund processing — that is an enhancement, never a reduction, of your statutory rights.
