Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Outdoor Extension Leads. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please read our returns policy below.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at iofurnishing@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Made-to-Order Products

Our armoured and flex cable outdoor extension leads are handbuilt to order in the UK. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund it in full. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Postage

If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return postage. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, electrical items that have been installed or show signs of use cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
